Rooting Your Confidence is a highly developed exercise to guide women in developing their core confidence. With her unique "Confidence Tree" model, Lindsey Servin discusses the roots of confidence and empowers women to develop their own sense of self-confidence. With practical advice and tools, attendees will learn about their current level of self-confidence and how to level up to the highest version of themselves.
Defining Values
How to Create Your Personal Value Statement
Defining Values is an intensive program designed to help women define their personal value statement. Living in alignment with one's values is the key building block to self-confidence and achieving goals through a congruent lifestyle. Attendees will explore societal values, internal and family values and aspirational values to determine their own personal code of conduct - their Value Statement. This exercise helps attendees define their values and learn how to live in alignment with those values in a positive and practical way.
